01 Does Mi Campus replace my LMS?
It can, if what you need is training that ends in evidence. If your LMS is a content library, Mi Campus is where that content becomes capsules with challenges, paths with prerequisites and certificates that can be verified.
02 How is it different from an LMS?
An LMS measures what was watched. Mi Campus measures what was done: every lesson ends in a challenge, every challenge leaves a competency signal, and reinforcement arrives where the error appears.
03 Does it support SCORM or xAPI?
No. Capsules are designed inside Mi Campus. Your existing materials (video, PDF, text, audio) are uploaded as lessons and paired with a challenge.
04 Who owns the data, and can we export it?
Your institution owns its data. It is isolated per institution and you can request an export of courses, capsules, progress and certificates at any time.
05 What does white-label include?
Your institution name, your logo and your primary, accent and surface colors across the portal your learners use. It comes with StoneOS Complete.
06 Do my learners need another account?
One identity with Veripass works across Mi Campus and every Blackwood platform. Your institution invites people or approves their requests.
07 Does the AI grade the challenges?
No. The rubric and passing criteria your team defines decide the result. Sommatic AI assists inside the platform when your institution enables it; it never grades and never replaces the instructor.
08 How is a reinforcement triggered?
By the rules and prerequisites your institution configures: when a challenge fails and an error pattern reaches its priority, the reinforcement capsule linked to it is prescribed.
09 Are certificates verifiable outside Mi Campus?
Yes. Every certificate has a public link with issuer, date and score that anyone can check.
10 Is there a mobile app?
Not a native one. The portal is a responsive web application that works on phones and tablets.
