Perform the five asepsis steps before an IM injection

Before any intramuscular injection: hand hygiene, gloves, site inspection, skin antisepsis from the center outwards, and letting the antiseptic dry. Skipping the drying step is the most common break in the chain.

    A capsule is not a short video. It is a lesson that carries only what the challenge needs, a challenge that makes the learner act on it, and the evidence that attempt leaves behind. Remove one and the capsule does not exist.

    Your team writes the lesson, picks the challenge type and sets the rubric, the passing criteria, the attempt limit and the time limit. The platform runs it exactly as configured and records the outcome.

    Adaptive paths

    Prerequisites open the way.

    A path is an ordered set of capsules with prerequisites between them. A capsule stays locked until the ones it depends on are completed, so nobody skips the step the next one assumes.

    Each learner sees where they stand: not started, in progress, completed, needs reinforcement or locked. The structure is the same for everyone in the institution; the states are personal.

      Prerequisites

      Each capsule can require others before it. Until those are completed, it stays locked.

    2. 02

      States

      Not started, in progress, completed, needs reinforcement, locked. One state per learner per capsule, always visible.

    3. 03

      Core vs reinforcement

      Core capsules make up the path. Reinforcement capsules appear only when an attempt shows a specific error.

    4. 04

      One path per institution

      Every path belongs to the institution that designed it. Your team sets the order and the gates; learners move through the same structure at their own pace.

    Reinforcement

    The error gets fixed where it happens.

    Every attempt records a result, the time it took, how many tries it needed and the type of error. The Reinforcement Hub reads those signals, groups them into error patterns and ranks each one from low to critical.

    For every pattern there is a prescribed reinforcement capsule: a short lesson and a new challenge aimed at that error, not at the whole topic. The learner clears it and returns to the path.

    • A reinforcement capsule targets one error pattern, so the fix takes minutes instead of a repeat of the module.
    • Severity from low to critical tells the learner and the instructor what to address first.
    • The hub tracks capsules completed, activations achieved, activation rate and time invested.

    Competency map

    A map, not a grade.

    A single score hides what a learner can and cannot do. The competency map shows each competency in one of three states: mastered, in progress or pending.

    Learners read it to decide what to work on next. Instructors read it to know where the group stands before the next session.

    When a learner completes a path, the institution issues a completion certificate with the date and the score. It is issued in the institution's name, not ours.

    Every certificate has a public verification link. An employer or a regulator opens it and sees who issued it, to whom, when and with what result. No account needed.
