Who we are
Mi Campus™ is a company of Blackwood Stone Holdings, Inc. This policy describes how we handle personal data collected through micampusapp.com.
It covers this website only. The Mi Campus platform at portal.micampusapp.com is governed by the service agreement of each institution that uses it; that institution is the controller of its learners' data.
What this site collects
Only what you send through the contact form: your name, work email, institution, role and message. We receive it to answer you; it is not added to any list.
In your browser only, the site keeps your language and currency preference in localStorage and a count of your activity on the site in sessionStorage. Those values never leave your browser and we cannot read them.
There are no tracking cookies and no analytics pixels on this site. That is why there is no cookie banner.
How we use it
To answer you. If your message is a sales inquiry, we use it to prepare a conversation with your institution. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Third parties
Two providers are involved in serving this site. Google Fonts delivers the typefaces: your browser requests them from Google's servers, which receive your IP address as part of that request. Cloudflare serves and protects the site and processes connection data under its own privacy terms.
We do not share contact-form submissions with any other third party, except as required by law.
Retention
We keep contact messages as long as needed to answer and follow up on them, or as the law requires. Messages that do not lead to a service agreement are deleted within twelve months of the last exchange.
Your rights and contact
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict its processing, by writing to [email protected]. We answer every request within the period the applicable law establishes.
